Projects made out of pallets…

Pallets are so versatile and you can usually find them for FREE.  If you search Pinterest or Google for ‘pallet projects’ you will be amazed at the things you will see. The possibilities are endless.  I have always wanted to make a porch swing using pallets, but I think it is beyond my scope of capability.  Maybe someday I’ll be brave enough to try it.  Anyway…..

Check out all the fun things that my friends have made using all the left over pallets from the House house renovation.  How cool are these?

But my favorite project (below) was made by my crafty friend, Bannon, who has been featured on this blog before.  You could see all her other fun DIY projects here, here and here. We hung this up in our entryway. Cute right?

Another friend made this absolutely amazing table from pallets, just not pallets from the House house.  There is a whole tutorial on how he built it here.  Isn’t it awesome?

Our own pallet project….

As for us, well we saved a bunch of pallets for our own project too.  We plan to turn them into a garden on the side of the house.  We are going to get started on that soon.  Has anyone ever tried this?  Did it work?
